While working with the Internet connection active, many times you encounter a difficulty where Airplane mode automatically turns on and off on your Windows 10 PC. This is a common problem encountered by many users causing interruptions while they are working and Internet connection is interrupted.

Airplane mode is a feature that, when disabled, disables all or all active wireless connections. It can also turn off automatically without any physical interference. The good news is that this problem can be solved so that you can get on with your worldly work. Let's see how.

Method 1: via Device Manager

Step 1: press the Windows key + X together on the keyboard to open the file Contextual menu.

Step 2: Please select Device administrator from the menu.

Step 3: A Device administrator window, scroll down and find Network adapters. Click the arrow next to it to expand the section.

Step 4: Now, locate your network adapter, right click on it and select Property in the context menu.

Here, we select the network adapter for our PC - Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless AC 3160. For you, it may be different, so select the network adapter for your PC.

Step 5: In the Properties window, select the file Energy management language. Now, uncheck the box next to Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power.

print ok to save changes and exit.

Now go back and check your network connection. It should work fine now. If airplane mode keeps flashing or turns off by itself, try the second method.

Method 2: Run the Network Troubleshooter

Step 1: Navigate to Home at the desk and type Solve problems.

Step 2: Left click on the result to open the file Troubleshoot configuration issues.

Step 3: A settings window below Solve problems on the right, scroll down and reach the Find and solve other problems section.

To locate Network card and select it. Now press the button Run the troubleshooter button below it.

Step 4: Now the troubleshooter starts working to detect any problems. Follow the instructions and wait until the process is complete.

If it detects a problem, it will list it and you can select it to fix it.

Once this is complete, you can restart your PC and the airplane mode auto on and off problem should go away.
