Some Windows 10 users complain of an issue with their computers not being detected on the same network they are working on. If you can't even discover the computers on your network, you can try these solutions. But before looking for these solutions, you should try these initial solutions to fix your problem with minimal effort.

Initial solutions-

1. Restart your computer. After rebooting, check again if you can find the computer on your network.

2. Try to see if you can find the computer on the network from another computer. If you can access the computer on the same network, look for solutions.

Fix-1 Enable the SMB1 function

Enabling the SMB1.0 function on your computer will solve this problem.

1. Press Tasto Windows + R Open rushing window.

2. In the running window, type "optional features“And then press Log in.

3. Scroll down Windows Features window and make sure “Support for SMB 1.0 / CIFS file sharing"It is checked.

Fix-3 Change the private network profile

[NOTE: It is recommended, that you should change this setting when you are on the ‘Private’ network only]

1. Press Tasto Windows + R to start Run, copy and paste "control.exe / nome Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter“And hit Log in.

2. Now, on the left side, click on “Change advanced sharing". It will open the Advanced Sharing Settings window.

Fix-4 Change the setting of all network profiles-

1. Press Tasto Windows + R to open Run.

You should be able to detect the computer on your network.

Fix-7 Reset the network on your computer-

1. Press Tasto Windows + I to open the window settings file, on your computer.

Now click on "Network and internet".

2. Now, below State, on the left side, scroll down and click "Network reset".

Restart computer and after reboot, check if you can find the computers on your network or not.

Fix-8 Reset Network from Command Prompt

1. You have to press the button "Windows key'. Now type "cmd".

2. The right mouse button in the "Symbol of the system"Which appeared in the search results, so click"Run as administrator".

3. After opening the Window System Symbol file, type or copy and paste these commands and press Log in after gluing each of them.
