When your Windows 10 PC's proxy settings are changed, you won't even know it. It might not be intentional, it could be due to improper software installation or a malicious program that can alter your proxy settings without your knowledge.

Due to incorrect proxy settings, you may suddenly notice that the webpage does not load or loads very slowly. In short, you start facing connection problems while browsing the web. So how do you solve this problem of changing proxy settings? Let's see how.



Method 1: use Registry Editor

Step 1: press the Tasto Windows + R to open the file run I send. Now Write regedit in the search box and press Log in.

Step 2: A Registry Editor window, go to the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwarePoliciesMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings

Now find the file ProxySettingsPerUser registered on the right side of the panel. But, if the record is missing, go ahead 3 pass to create it.

Step 3: On the right side of the panel, right-click an empty area, click Newand select Valore DWORD (32 bit) give the menu answer.

Step 4: Name the new value ProxySettingsPerUser and double click to open it.

Step 5: A Edit DWORD (32-bit) value window, change the file Valuable data to 1 and hit ok.



Now simply restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Method 2: use Internet properties

Step 1: press the Tasto Windows + R together on the keyboard to open the file run I send. Now Write inetcpl.cpl in the search box and press Log in.

Step 2: A Internet property window, click Connections tab and then click LAN settings button.

Step 3: A LAN settings window below proxy server section, uncheck the box next to Use a proxy server for your LANand press ok to save changes and exit.

That is. Your computer's proxy settings are now disabled.
