Solution 1: Delete some registry keys

1. Close “regedit“In the Windows 10 search box.

4. Now what you need to do is to store the backup in a safe place on your disk.

10. Finally, returning to Immersive Shell Properties window, click on “Request"Y"all right ”To save the changes on your computer.

Edit Query in Event Viewer You can help.

1. Click the search box next to the Windows icon and type "Event Viewer".
