Actually this is a problem with the external drive connected to the system via a USB port on your computer. There are some simple solutions to fix the problem on your computer.

Alternative solution-

1. At first, you can remove all external devices connected to the computer. Restart the system and see if it works.

Solution 1: Check for Windows update

Windows offers essential patches for your system to fix these types of problems.

1. You need to press Tasto Windows + I to access the Settings.

2. Next, click on “Update and security".
