Many users complain when they try to download or update something in Microsoft Store, they always get an error with the error code 0x80D02017. This problem occurred with the latest Windows update. Here is the solution to solve this problem.

Solution 1: disable IPV6

1. Press Windows key + r together to open run .

2. Type ncpa.cpl on it and click ok.



3. Right-click the network and select property.

4. Now deselect Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP / IPV6).

5. Click ok and close the window.

Solution 2: Sign out and sign in to Microsoft Store again

1. Simply open Microsoft Store

2. Click User profile Gallery top right.

3. Choose log out.

4. Now, to record still.

Fix 3 - Restore windows archive

1. Press Windows key and search wsreset.exe

2. Click wsreset to reset the store cache.

3. Wait a moment for the Windows Store to restart completely. Now try again.

Fix-4 Create a new software distribution folder-

All services will resume on your computer again.

Close Window system symbol.

Restart your computer.

After restarting your computer, check if Shop keeps showing the error code or not.

Fix-5 Update Windows Auto Update Client-

Windows Auto Update Client Update will remove all bottlenecks that cause this problem.

1. Click the Search box next to the Windows icon, then type “cmd".

2. Then the right mouse button in "Symbol of the system"In the elevated search result, then click"Run as administrator".


Click on "Yup“To allow User Account Control.

System symbol the window will open.

wuauclt.exe /updatenow

Close Window system symbol.

Restart your computer and check if it helps or not.

Fix-6 Reset Store

Restarting Store will remove any corruption in the Store file, which should help you solve this problem.

1. Click on Search bar and then type "App and features".

2. Click on 'App and features“In the high search result.

3. Now on the right side, scroll down in the window and type "Shop“In the search box.

Microsoft Store will appear in the search result.

4. Click on 'Microsoft Store"And then click"Advanced options".

5. In the Microsoft Store settings window, scroll down and click "Restart"And you will get a confirmation card, click again"Restart”Restart Shop on your computer.

Close window settings.

Restart your computer.

After restarting your computer, open Shop and check if it works or not.
