Steps to create a Facebook Page
The first thing to do if you want to create a Facebook page is to login to the social network from your account. Position yourself with the mouse cursor at the top right, clicking on the triangle icon and select the item "Create A Page".
Once this is done, you will have to select the page type who will represent your company, choosing from: local business or place, company, organization or institution, brand or product, artist, band or public figure, entertainment, cause or community.
If it is a local business, you will need to fill in the field by entering the name of the page, the category, address, city, zip code and telephone; in the case of something else, also indicate the content to which you want to dedicate the page from the drop-down menu that appears. Subsequently, click the blue Get Started button.
At this point you will have created your Fan Page. Now you can insert a profile picture to personalize the Facebook page.
The social network will advise you on some steps to take to promote your page, such as liking it, inviting your friends to visit it and so on.
