In other words, you have to access the Friends' groups section: here you can find out which groups your friends are subscribed to on the social network.

Procedure from smartphone / tablet

Of course, there are limitations, but if the user you are interested in is among your friends, you can access the Friends groups section and find out which groups they are subscribed to. Let's start with the procedure to be carried out if you are using a smartphone or tablet: start the Facebook app, log in to your account and then tap the ☰ button located in the top menu (bottom right if you use an iPhone / iPad).

Now select the Groups item and tap the Suggested button, then in the screen that opens, locate the Friends' groups section, then press the Show all option. This way you will know a which groups your friends are subscribed to. At this point, press on a Facebook group, tap on the name you are interested in and press on the See all option (where you see the Members item) in the screen that opens. Finally, locate the Friends section to see the full list of friends who are subscribed to the group in question.

This procedure, as mentioned a few lines above, is valid only if the group is public. In the case of a private group, to view the list of registered members you must request registration to the group by clicking on the Subscribe to group button.

Computer procedure

If, on the other hand, you want to use your computer, know that the procedure is practically identical to that indicated above for smartphones and tablets. So, also in this case, go to the Friends Groups section and view the list of members registered in each group. To do this, go to the main Facebook page and press onGroups option (next to Explore). Once this is done, locate the Friends groups section and click on Show all: in this way you will see the list of groups to which your friends are subscribed.

Once here, click on the cover image of each group you are interested in and press on the Members option that you see in the sidebar on the left, then locate the Friends item and click on the word See all friends to see the list of friends enrolled in the group in question. Also in this case, if the group is closed it is not possible to view the list of members. To be able to resolve the situation. click the Join group button.

This will request access to the group, and wait for your request to be accepted. Once this is done, log back into the group you are interested in, select the Members option you see in the left sidebar, locate the Friends section and click on See all friends. You will thus discover the friends who are registered.
