There are many files, folders or applications that you use every day for personal or business purposes. But, each time, you have to start the PC and then start each application or file individually. What would it be like if your frequently used apps, files or folders started automatically when your Windows 10 PC starts up? Things would have gotten a lot easier, right?

Well, you can set applications or files to automatically activate when your Windows 10 PC starts. Let's see how.

How to configure apps / files to auto start during startup in Windows 10

Step 1: press the Tasto Windows + R together on the keyboard to open the file run box type shell: start in the search box and press Log in to open the file To boot folder in the file Browser on file.

Step 2: Now press again Win + R together on the keyboard to open the file run box type shell: applications folder in the search box and hit enter to open the file Applications folder in the file Browser on file.

Step 3: Now both with the To boot Y Request open windows, you can just drag and drop application shortcuts from the desktop or any UWP application to the Startup folder that you want to start automatically when your Windows 10 PC starts.

Step 4: You can also do it drag and drop Shortcuts to files, folders or websites if you work on them every day. For example, if your job is to create images and save them to an image folder, you can choose to automatically start the images folder when your Windows 10 PC starts. Just right-click on the images folder on the left side under the file Applications, pass it on To boot folder and from the context menu, select Create shortcuts here.

Once you have finished adding the desired application shortcuts, you can close the file To boot and Applications folders and restart your PC to find those applications and files that start automatically when Windows starts.
