While working on a task on your computer, it's important to work smart to save time. This, in turn, will increase your productivity. For example, if you have entered some text in MS Excel in lowercase and now you want to convert it to uppercase, you can use a shortcut. Wondering how to get it? Let's see how.

Method 1: how to change the case of text in MS Excel

Step 1: Open the MS Excel sheet> select the field on the right side> right click the field> select To insert.



Step 2: A To insert dialog box> select Whole column > press ok to create a new column.

Step 3: In the new column> select the first field (here we select the empty field next to Small letters)> type = top ( .

Now select the file F4 field containing the text - Small letters > go back to the new column> close the parenthesis> it looks like this> = upper (F4) > hit Enters. This will convert the "Small letters " uppercase in the new column.

Step 4: Hover at the bottom right (containing SMALL LETTERS)> double click to convert all text to uppercase in the new column.

Step 5: Now select all the text in the new column> hit Ctrl + C on the keyboard to copy the selected text> now go to the top left of the document> click Paste > select Special glue.



Step 6: The next, click on Value > press ok.

Step 7: Select the field containing the text - Small letters lower case and press Enter in converts all text in that column to uppercase.

Step 8: Then select the new column> right click> select To remove > select Whole column.


Step 9: A To remove dialog box> select Whole column > hit Log in.

Step 10. To convert from uppercase to lowercase, follow the same procedure above from Step 1 to Step 2.


Then for step 3> in the new column> select the first field (here we select the blank field next to Small letters)> type = lower ( .

Now select the file F4 field containing the text - Small letters > go back to the new column> close the parenthesis> it looks like this> = minor (F4) > hit Enters. This will convert the "Small letters " lowercase in the new column.

Step 11. Now follow the same process as 4 pass to 7 pass to convert the text to lowercase.

Then follow the same procedure as 8 pass to 9 pass to remove the column.

Step 12: To change the case text to Appropriate case, follow the same procedure again Step 1 to Step 2.

Then for step 3> in the new column> select the first field (here we select the blank field next to Small letters)> type = appropriate ( .

Now select the file F4 field containing the text - Small letters > go back to the new column> close the parenthesis> it looks like this> = adequate (F4) > hit Enters. This will convert the "Small letters " lowercase in the new column.

Step 13: Now follow the same process as 4 pass to 7 pass to convert text to uppercase and lowercase.

Then follow the same procedure as 8 pass to 9 pass to remove the column.
