Some Windows 10 users complain that they cannot see other computers on their network. If you are having the same problem then follow these solutions on your computer.

[NOTE: It is recommended, that you should change this setting when you are on the ‘Private’ network only]

1. To open a Run window, you need to press Windows key + E.

2. What you need to do is copy paste this command from the control panel and press Pay in.



control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter

3. Now, on the left side, click on “Advanced sharing edit".

This will open Advanced Sharing Settings window.

3. Now, in this window, click on “Enable network discovery"And then click"Enable file and printer sharing".

4. Next, click on “Save the changes.

Once done, close the Control Panel window.

Check if you can see other computers on your network.

Fix-2 Check if the required services are running.

Some services are very necessary to view other computers on the network.

1. To open Utility Services, click the Search box and type "Services"And then click"Services“In the search results window with elevated privileges.

2 inch Services window, scroll down "Role Discovery Provider Host". Now you need double click In that.

3 inch Properties window, click 'Start type:' and you need to set it to "Automatic".

4. Now click on "Home”To start the service on your computer.

Fix-3 Verify that the required features are "ON" or not-

Some features should be "OVER IT”On your computer to view computers on another network.

1. Press Tasto Windows + S and then start typing "Activate Windows features"

2. Then you need to click on “TEnable or disable Windows features“In the search result.

Windows Features window will open.

6. This will restart your computer to save the changes.

After restarting your computer, check if you can detect other computers on your computer that don't.

Your problem should be solved.

NOTE: -

If the problem persists, repeat all these fixes on the other computers (you want to access on your network), then check. It should be able to detect other computers on the network.
