Note: - On some devices, it is below camera o Imaging devices o Sound, video and game controllers.

4 - Right click on it and select Uninstall.

5 - Now from the tabs above, click on action then click Check for hardware changes.

Method 4: Re-register the Windows Store app

1 - Open command prompt as an administrator.

2 - Now, type the command given below to re-register the Windows 10 store app.

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$ manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore) .InstallLocation + 'AppxManifest.xml'; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $ manifest}"

3 - After that, start again the system for the changes to take effect.

Method 5: reset the webcam driver

1 - Press + R open the run.

2 - Now write devmgmt.msc on it and press Enterokay.

3 - Now, right click on the webcam driver and click property.

Note that you can find out by expanding one of the three depending on your PC / laptop model.
