Fix 1 - Record modification

Step 1. Right-click the Start menu button and select run.

Try updating the keyboard in Device Manager

Step 1: press the Windows key + X together on the keyboard and select Device administrator give the menu answer.

3. Disable the Toshiba Optical Disc Drive Service

This method has worked for many users, but is specific to users who have a Toshiba DVD / CD-ROM drive in their computer. If your computer has a third-party DVD / CD-ROM drive, you can skip this method.

Step 1. Right-click the Start menu button and select Run.

Step 2. generally services.msc and click ok.
