Almost all Windows 10 users use an app from the Windows Store. Your Windows experience will be ruined if your store stops working. People have encountered various problems with the Windows 10 Store. One of the most common problems is the damaged store cache message. We have written several fixes for you to try.

WSReset

Windows has saved an automated script that helps restore your Windows Store. WSReset clears the cache for this app and tries to fix any issues with the store.

1- Press the button Windows key and S at the same time, type WSReset in the search area.

2- Click on the file WSReset application and wait for the process to finish.

3- Restart the computer at the end of the process.

Reset the store cache

1- Press the button Windows key Y S again to open Windows Search and type File Explorer Options.

2- In the newly opened window, open the file view tab and click View hidden files and folders. To apply configuration and exit.

3- In Windows Explorer, address bar Write the following address but change theUsername> with your username on the Windows 10 device.

4- To locate a folder called cache a LocalState folder e rename to something else.



5- Creation a new empty folder e rename This cache.

6- Restart your computer and check if the shop has started.

Uninstall the Movies & TV app

Several users have reported that the Movies and Tv application is in conflict with the Windows Store and could be the cause of their problems. TO fix this, please follow the steps below to uninstall the universal app.

1- Open the file command prompt with the administrator privileges by right-clicking the Windows logo in the lower left corner of the screen.


2- In WinX click on the menu Command Prompt (Admin).

3-A Excuse me a pop-up window will appear, click Yup.

4- In command prompt window Write Shell Power and press the button is back wrench.


5- Wait Shell Power to open and then type the following command Get-AppxPackage * zunevideo * | Remove-AppxPackage

6- Once completed, the application will be uninstalled.

7- Restart your computer and see if the solution works.

Check your region settings

The actual problem where the Windows Store cache is corrupted could be due to incorrect region or language settings. Follow the steps below to make sure you have chosen the correct settings.

1- On the keyboard, press the key Windows key Y io together to open the file settings page and then click Time and language.

2- In the left panel select Region and then select the file WHO WE ARE such as your country or region.

Reset the Windows Store app

1- Open the file Start menu and click Gear open icon settings.

2- Click on the file Applications section.

3- Locate and select Microsoft Store from the list provided and then click Advanced options.

4- Click Reset button and then confirm again by clicking Restart in the newly opened window.
