Method 1: disable automatic detection settings
Disabling the proxy server is the most obvious way to get rid of this error. For normal internet use, a proxy server is not required and you can still use the internet normally after disabling the proxy server. Follow this method to disable the proxy server.
Step 1: Open the run box by pressing windows Y R together. Gender inetcpl.cpl in the text box and then click OK.
Step 2: Switch to Connections tab and click LAN settings.
Step 3: Uncheck the Use a proxy server for the LAN option and check the automatic detection settings. Click OK.
Again, run the Network Troubleshooter and check if the error is gone or not.
Method 2: Reset TCP / IP
This will reset the network settings and restart the connection again as a new one. Then the error will disappear when you reset TCP / IP.
Step 1: Press the Windows button and find the command prompt, right click on the first result and select Run as administrator
Step 2: Click Yup in the message.
Step 3: Type restart of netsh winsock and press Enter.
Step 4: Type reset di netsh int ipv4 and press Enter.
Close the Command Prompt window and run the troubleshooter again to check for the error.
Method 3: Reset Internet Settings
Resetting the Internet Settings from the Control Panel can also fix this error because resetting the Internet Settings will erase all old settings and switch to the default settings.
Step 1: Open the run box by pressing windows Y R at the same time you write control in the text box and press Enter.
Step 2: Click Internet options.
Step 3: Switch to Advanced Tab and click Restart button below Reset Internet Explorer settings.
This will reset all Internet settings and make all settings default.
Method 4: change the proxy settings
